Whenever there is a lack of time and we want to increase the nutritious elements in our food, the easiest way is to include soup in the food.  Come on friends!  Know what are some such soups that are helpful in maintaining your health in winter and the next three to four months, which you must include in your daily diet.  All of these. Some highly nutritious soups 

  • The first one is Sweet Corn Garlic Soup.  Garlic is full of many qualities.  Apart from giving heat to the body, it is also capable of controlling blood flow.  Not only this, helps in solving problems like cold, cough, asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis.  The sweet corn stock and fiber present in this soup are also helpful in lowering blood pressure.  It also improves your digestion.  Problems like constipation and gas are also removed from them.  guys!  To make this soup, grind and keep six cloves of garlic.  Then add finely chopped carrots to the sweet corn flour and add some ground peas to it.  Boil about one and a half liters of water in a big vessel, put all the things in it and boil it.  Finally, add chopped coriander and salt and serve it.

  • Now let's know the recipe of another delicious and nutritious soup. which is Cauliflower and Paneer Soup.  Cauliflower contains many flavonoids, carotenoids, antioxidants, vitamin C and many other minerals and micronutrients.  On the other hand, paneer is a high-energy food that contains all the properties of milk including calcium, vitamin D and protein, which reinforce our nervous system and mental health.  To make this, add finely grated cauliflower to hot water in a large pot and mix it with ground peas and carrots.  Let all these boil for some time.  Now add finely grated paneer to this mixture.  Mix salt, black pepper and green coriander and cook.  If you want, add chili sauce and vinegar to it or serve it just like this.
